Pricing
Our rates below cover our travel and car costs as well as our time. They cover the time it takes to do the usual tasks that are needed for your cats wellbeing, but also cover any eventualities that may arise and make our visits longer eg unexpected first aid, searching for hidden cats, cleaning up extra mess, outside-the-box events like burst pipes or emergency DIY, or on the occasion we have to set up our own cat cams to catch a glimpse of a cat that we haven’t seen in a while!
Standard Rate Visits
This is our standard service, and visits last anytime up to 20-25 minutes depending on our schedule and your cat

We charge the same for one cat or 4, however if there is over 4 indoor cats we may charge a little extra as there will be extra fusses and cleaning involved! We ask you provide all necessities for your cat to cover your booking however in the event we need more supplies and you cannot get these delivered to the house, we will charge for an errand run at the visit rate for your area.
Christmas Eve, New Years Day, Good Friday, Saturday & Sunday of bank holiday weekends & Bank holiday Mondays are all charged at a standard visit rate plus a half charge
Boxing Day is charged at double standard visit rate
Twice Daily Standard Rate Visits
We offer two visits a day in the postcodes NR1, NR2, NR3, NR4 & NR7 only. The morning visits are between 9-12 and the PM visits anytime from 2pm, you will be unable to choose a set time in these time slots as it all depends on our route. These visits are our standard service, where visits last anytime up to 20-25 minutes.
Flat rate of £15 per visit for NR1/2/3/4/7 ONLY
(Please note you will need to have a key safe or be able to provide two sets of keys for the twice daily service)

Please note twice daily visits are based on your itinerary, and are at our discretion. We cannot offer these over Easter weekends, Bank Holiday Weekends or 24-28th December.
Premium Rate Visits - 45-60 minutes
All the benefits of our standard service with added time for fuss and interaction. These visits are ideal for cats who like to cuddle or play, young kittens under 6 months (especially single young kittens who need more socialisation and interaction) or solo indoor cats
We currently only offer Premium Rate Visits mon-fri term time only depending on availability
Check the 'Standard Visit Rate' tab, Premium Rate Visits are double the amount for your area, minus £2.
Lunchtime 'Long Day' Visits
These are priced at the same rate as our Standard Rate Visits, but take place in the 11-3pm lunchtime slot.
We offer these for people who are out before 9am and back after 5pm on long days out, or working days as one off visits only
Ideal for newly adopted cats who are still settling in, kittens who need their day breaking up or medication in the middle of the day.
