Daily Home Visit Cat Feeding & Care
in Norwich

Established & trusted since 2015
with over 700 reviews online
covering NR1 to NR8 & Surrounding Areas

Cats are very territorial creatures and will always be happier in their home environment. Feline stress is one of the leading triggers for urinary tract infections and behavioural changes, so it goes without saying that staying in familiar surroundings without the dreaded trip in the cat carrier reduces the risk of these

Cat welfare is at the heart of what we do - we focus solely on cat visits and don't offer set times as no two visits are the same - if your cat is shy or wary of strangers we give them the space they need to feel comfortable at their own pace, and likewise if your cat loves a cuddle we are there to offer that too! The service is tailored to your cat when we are there in real time, as they will likely act differently with us to how they are with you when you are home

"Had such a great experience with Norwich Cat Sitting Services/ The Cat Lady Norwich. Kylie took such good care of my two cats, stopping in for daily visits over a week and sharing photos and updates so I knew every was ok. Highly recommend and will be using again!"

Samantha

"Faith has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. At our very first meet she gave me helpful advice about getting a bigger litter tray for Luna, as I’d only rescued her three months ago, and it made such a difference. The daily updates and photos while I was away were so comforting and really put my mind at ease.

Els

"5 stars all round. My cat is the love of my life - I wouldn’t trust any other firm or person to take care of him, other than the ladies at Norwich cat sitting services. They were meticulous and I received professional, daily updates which were very reassuring, as it’s the first time we’ve left him since moving to Norfolk"

Mary

"Faith has looked after our 2 ragdoll cats when we are away for the last 6 years. We have always found her very efficient and professional. She takes great care of the cats and I use her over friends as I feel confident that she would pick up on any health concerns and let us know. We always love all the photos she sends too "

Emma

"Kylie visited a few days before our trip away to meet the cats and check where things were. Following Kylie’s visit to see to the cats whilst we were away, we received a report to reassure us that medication had been given and all was in order. Really pleased to have found Kylie and her team and have already booked for our next trip away.

Catherine

"Kylie sent us daily updates with photos. It was really nice to know our kitties were well looked after when we’re away."

"I use Norwich Cat Sitting services frequently throughout the year and they are fabulous with our cat Herbie. I feel totally confident leaving him in their capable hands and am sure he looks forward to their visits. The updates and process of booking are easy and suit me perfectly. Well done Norwich Cat Sitting Services"

Who Are We?

Norwich Cat Sitting Services was formed by Kylie (The Cat Lady Norwich Cat Sitter) and Faith (Faith the Cat Sitter Norwich) in 2018. We have both been working as professional Norwich cat sitters in own rights since 2015, but we have been life long cat owners and are very passionate about home cat care. We have 5 proudly owned kitties of our own between us – 4 of those being indoor cats and a big reason to why we both started our businesses back in 2015.

We offer specialist cat sitting pop ins in Norwich in the comfort of your own home. Please read the 'Our Service' section to better understand how we work

Our Cat Sitting Assistants

Cats are our passion, and we have both taken extensive training in feline care, behaviour and wellbeing so that we can offer you the best care for your cats’ individual needs and personality when you're away, as well as being able to identify when something isn’t right and offer advice. Following on from our experience, we have been able to teach this through our staff members too, with each assistant shadowing us on visits so that they can carry on providing the standards we set for ourselves on our own visits.

We are qualified in the following areas – Feline First Aid, Cat Anxiety & Stress, Feline Behaviour & Psychology, Animal Communications & Caring for Elderly Pets, with all at Higher Distinction level CPD. Faith is a cruelty free advocate, and has been a foster carer for various rescue centres as well as volunteering for them. Kylie is qualified as both a Level 3 Pharmacy Technician and Level 3 Personal Trainer. Whilst we are both full time cat sitters individually, we are completed by our sub-contractors Anna, Rebecca, Emma, Becky, Kaitlin, Lucy & Gavin at various points in the week and we also cover each other for days off and staff holiday where necessary so there is no lapse in availability.

We are all fully insured with Pet Sitting Insurance and DBS checked for your peace of mind. Confirmation of these can be provided at any point.
